Quality Assurance Specialist (Tagalog speaking)

Salt is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Specialist for 12 months & renewable contract role with a social media client. You will lead workflow optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance moderation quality and operational excellence across global QA teams.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for building and optimising our current operational procedures, using advanced lean process methodology to improve our QA functions to improve overall e-commerce moderation quality.
• Overall responsible for standardising, leaning and sharpening current workflows (including offline/online QA activities, RCA analysis or other regular QA analytics), outputting and documenting all workflows/SOPs and cascading to different QA teams globally.
• Responsible for evaluating the priority of different projects and promoting projects as the process professional.
• Follow up the local Quality Assurance operational works, support the operation effect and give optimization suggestions through process improvements.
• Working closely with the training team and QA team leaders, gathering issues/blockers and resolving them through advanced process methodology.
• Participate in different projects, brainstorming, identify shortcomings or opportunities, give certain suggestions from a process-pro point of view.
• As a moderation operational Analyst, responsible for participating in different projects whenever and wherever needed.

Qualification:

• Relevant bachelor's degree or above in a business field; graduate degrees in science, mathematics, computer, digital marketing or survey-based research methods are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Possessing Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean processes & continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, Able to write required documents in English and communicate globally.
• Have a strong learning ability and curiosity.
• Ability to pick up domain knowledge in new areas quickly.
• Can lead a small project team to support business.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Native Tagalog speaking preferred due the nature of the business
