Quality Assurance Test Manager

Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Test Manager to lead our QA team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance practices, manage testing processes, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure applications can handle expected user traffic.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide regular reports on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in mentoring and training junior QA staff.
