Position Overview

Mister Mobile is seeking a QA Tester (Remote) to ensure the quality, functionality, and user experience of our mobile applications, internal systems, POS, and ERP platforms. This role involves planning and executing test scenarios, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct hands-on testing of mobile apps, websites, internal systems, POS, and ERP platforms.
  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts to cover functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Perform regression, progression, performance, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

2. Defect Tracking & Resolution:

  • Identify, document, and report bugs or discrepancies in a clear and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Perform basic root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions.

3. User Experience & Product Feedback:

  • Provide feedback on usability and customer experience based on real-world usage scenarios.
  • Suggest enhancements to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

4. Documentation & Updates:

  • Maintain up-to-date testing documentation aligned with product changes.
  • Stay informed on new product features, updates, and releases to adjust testing procedures accordingly.

Requirements

1. Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Experience: 13 years of QA testing experience, preferably with websites, mobile apps, POS, and ERP systems.

3. Skills:

  • Strong understanding of QA processes and testing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Mandarin to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Other: Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
