Overview
The Quality Control (QC) Assistant is responsible for reporting to the Quality Control Manager on on-site product reviews during production trials and working with factories to resolve non-compliance issues. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Onsite Product Evaluation
- Conduct onsite product evaluations during production pilot runs.
- Work with factories to resolve non-conformance issues.
- Conduct on-line inspections, capability studies, and final random inspections according to approval samples, purchase orders, and the Quality Assurance Protocol.
- Seal and forward defect samples or shipment samples to Head Office for review, if necessary.
2. Reporting
- Report to the QC Manager on any deviations or unusual matters observed during factory visits.
- Provide preliminary reports by phone upon arrival at the factory to enable timely actions.
- Follow up with factories on corrective actions and inspection results.
3. Special Assignments
- Inspect final products for FSC orders, including verification of supplier certificates, quantities, and trademarks.
- Assist and contribute to company environmental activities.

1. Company Knowledge
- Understand the company's business model, processes, hubs, and departments.
- Know how to differentiate the company's scope of work from other creative agencies.
2. Production Knowledge
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Digital, BTL, and Event Production.
- Strong understanding of production processes.
- Ability to understand quotes and negotiate with vendors for the best available rates.
- Obtain quote approvals from clients before initiating production.
- Adhere to timelines set by all company departments.
3. Briefing and Communication
- Provide accurate and thorough briefs.
- Ensure all details are checked and clearly communicated for implementation.
