Automotive Industries Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary company under Toyota Malaysia, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. The incumbent of this role will be responsible for the quality control of the products produced and handle client's complaints, inquiries and issues.
Job Description
- Respond and handle customer complaint issues on client's site.
- Conduct investigations on the quality issues raised by the client with the operational team.
- Prepare root cause analysis and countermeasure reports for submission to the client.
- Regularly check on the sustainability of improvement activities and countermeasures takento resolve the quality issue.
- Be involved with the warranty team for problem investigations of market claim.
- Conduct management Gemba to ensure daily operational as per quality system.
- Be involved with client's and external party auditfor client's complaint process.
- Prepare the department's monthly report.
- Be involved in the development of new models and ensure that all previous issues are addressed with appropriate countermeasures.
Job Requirements
- Possess a recognized Degree in the Science or Engineering Field.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in Quality Control.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Quick thinking in problem-solving.
