Role Description

Monitor and analyze daily operational data related to productivity and timeliness, proactively identify issues, and propose solutions based on data analysis and on-site operational conditions. Report findings to the leader, initiate improvement projects, and ensure issues are followed through to closure.
Identify operational issues, develop practical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Develop KPIs based on the operational objectives at different stages, effectively support business and functional departments in achieving target results, and improve overall sorting center operational efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
Consolidate and analyze operational data on a weekly and monthly basis, take responsibility for warehouse operational data reporting, identify operational trends and issues through data analysis, prepare operational problem analysis reports, and provide management with data-driven insights to support decision-making and achieve continuous PDCA improvement and closure.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related discipline, Diploma holder with related working experience is welcome.
3–5 years of quality control experience in the warehousing and logistics industry, with a good level of data analysis capability.
Familiar with warehousing and logistics operations and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data.
Strong teamwork, organizational, execution, and planning skills; good communication and coordination abilities, with a demonstrated capability in process optimization.
Strong sense of responsibility and innovation; able to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in both Malay and English is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication and reporting to HQ management in China.
