Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) dimensional inspection on machined and fabricated parts using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and thread gauges.
Generate offline CMM programs for NPI parts based on STEP (STP) files and customer drawings.
Support the amendment and updating of CMM programs for ECN (Engineering Change Notice) parts.
Assist in Final Quality Control (FQC) inspections when required.
Record and update all inspected parts status in the job loading system upon completion of inspection.
Collaborate closely with the NPI team on QC measurement methods and inspection requirements.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and commitment in performing assigned duties.
Be willing to work overtime on weekends when required to support urgent delivery schedules.
Job Requirements
Must be well-versed in PC-DMIS offline programming.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Quality Control department.
Well-versed in using QC measurement equipment, such as CMM, Vernier Calipers, Thread Gauges, and Pin Gauges.
Able to perform basic calculations accurately.
Minimum 2 years of experience in offline programming.
