Lead and coordinate FAI report
Ensures compliance of customer requirements, industry standard and safety at work place
Primary interface with customers on quality related matter
Lead activities to improve yield at customer incoming and reduce RMA's
Lead, participate and support regulatory and customer audits at site
Drive Proactive Continuous Improvement on Yield & Quality Metrics
Ensure eAectiveness of PFMEA
Work with SQE and suppliers on incoming material's quality
Conduct ESD audit
Driving the cross-functional team to deliver continual improvement activities for internal processes deliverables
Build and Embed Quality Awareness in Operations
Ensure eAectiveness of Quality training and inspections
Educate operators and production associations on quality/compliance, customer requirements and procedure.
Provide Supervision to QA Supervisors/Inspectors/Technicians
Supervise QA operators/group leaders/technicians in on-going quality improvement activities
Provide Technical Guidance & Communications to Engineers/Technicians Lead or guide engineers to respond eAectively to customers feedback's /CAPA, follow up with quality metrics set in quality plan
Prepare Quality Operations Review
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
College degree and above; BS/BE degree
7 years working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance.
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949
Hands on IPC, SMT, WB/DA, FMEA, Automotive 5 Core Tools
Experience in quality analysis, problem solving, and project management, customer audit, First Article, process and product audit
Have knowledge or certified in IPC 610 standard (CIS/CIT), FMEA, Control Plan, GR&R, DO Added advantage, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and Certified CQE
Working independently and with minimum supervisions
Show strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent result
Stay enthusiasm and eAicient under pressure 10% travel required.
