Quality Management Senior Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily data entry into the Qube Management System.
• Laise with all Stores to receive e-documents (Excel file) from respective Stores in timely manner.
• Assist in fulfilling the ARN's order for respective Stores & upkeep ARN records
• Generate Local Supplier R/O for return goods to Supplier
• Conduct case study feedback for respective items to Purchaser.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply. Candidates with minimum 1 – 2 years experience in data entry, administrative, or system support are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate) with strong attention to detail.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
