Quality Manager (Advanced Electronic Manufacturing)

Lead quality excellence in advanced electronics manufacturing, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and high-impact results.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop the plant Quality team and quality organization to support a growing advanced electronics manufacturing environment by achieving quality objectives
• Ensure consistent quality of our electronics manufacturing processes and products, from incoming materials to finished goods
• Create transparency on quality performance by monitoring quality issues, key KPIs, process deviations, and improvement actions
• Drive practical quality improvement and structured problem solving, including root-cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on the audit program to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead supplier quality activities including incoming quality, supplier corrective actions, change control
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other relevant functions to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and strengthen production quality
• Foster an open error reporting culture with early escalation, rapid containment, and strong root cause prevention
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or a similar technical discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing industries, of at least 5 years should be in Quality domain
• Experience in advanced electronics manufacturing, electronic assemblies, PCB/PCBA, final assembly, testing
• Experience in leading teams
• Good understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and practical quality methods used in manufacturing
• Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to build transparency through quality KPIs, shopfloor monitoring, and follow-up of quality issues
• Good communication skills
