Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Quality Systems:Create, document, and enforce quality policies, procedures (SOPs), and specifications.
- Monitor & Audit:Oversee production, inspect products/materials, conduct internal/external audits, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement:Use data to identify weaknesses, reduce waste, increase efficiency, and lead CI initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Team Leadership:Manage quality teams, provide training, and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Supplier & Customer Relations:Work with purchasing to set supplier standards and liaise with customers to gather feedback and resolve complaints.
- Reporting:Gather data, produce statistical reports, and present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, electronics, or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking and text editing skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using OFFICE software.
- Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 and other quality management systems; knowledgeable in VDA6.3 and understands ISO45001/14001 and other environmental, safety, and social responsibility management system requirements.
