Job Description
KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To supervise and coordinate a group of QA Auditors to provide quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers expectations.
- To develop and maintain the quality system.
- Accountable to the QA Manager.
- Supervise and Coordinating Quality Department Auditors.
- To initate and participate in quality improvement activities with various department.
- To assist QA Engineers for evaluation and Quality Improvement Activites.
- To troubleshoot and resolve line issue related to Quality.
- To drive for continous improvement in the line.
- To carry out projects that has been assigned.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement.
- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or diploma in any related field.
- Preferably 2-3 years in similar capacity. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
