Quality Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct In Line process responsibilities

Perform realtime audits of Production Operators (PO) and Technicians while they execute tasks, without interrupting operations.

Audit coverage focuses on manufacturing and qualitycritical roles that directly impact product quality.

Execute audits using the approved IPQC audit checklist at all times.

2.Audit Preparation & Alignment

Align with shift supervisor, engineer, or area representative prior to audit execution.

Inform the auditee before starting the audit and record auditee details only when it does not disrupt work.

Escalate per ground rules if no authorized representative follows the audit

3.Observation & Compliance Assessment

Observe actual work practices vs. documented SOPs, work instructions, ESD, safety, and quality requirements.

Classify findings accurately as:

NonCompliance (NC)

KIV (KeepInView) when alignment is unclear

4.Findings Documentation & Reporting

Record all findings, KIVs, and observations in the IPQC system / IPQC database on a shift basis.

Publish audit results to relevant stakeholders (supervisors, engineers, quality, management).

Ensure findings are clearly written, factual, and supported by SOP or requirement references.

5.PostAudit Engagement

Clarify noncompliances with the auditee after the task is completed.

Conduct a quick wrapup with lead PO or supervisor to conclude audit results.

Support closure tracking through CAPA / 4Up reports when applicable

6.Coverage & Performance Expectations

Support 100% audit coverage of targeted team members per quarter, subject to availability (leave, transfer, LOA).

Conduct audits across day and night shifts to ensure sustained compliance.

Maintain professional independence and consistency across all areas audited.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of:

=Manufacturing and equipment processes

High observation and analytical skills

Ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally

High integrity and consistency in applying audit standards

Ability to work independently across shifts
