About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Quant Developer to join our growing quantitative trading team in Kuala Lumpur. You'll work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to build, optimize, and maintain the core systems that power our trading operations.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain quantitative trading systems and tools.
• Implement and optimize trading strategies, including data processing and execution algorithms.
• Collaborate with quant researchers and traders to translate ideas into production-ready code.
• Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and ensure low-latency execution.
• Work with large-scale market and order book data to generate actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with regional team members.
• Interest in quantitative trading, crypto markets, or financial systems.
• Experience with Linux environments and distributed systems is a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
