Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Adnex Interior Solution Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on various projects.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
• Knowledge of quantity surveying software/tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus
