Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and growing construction specialist involved in high-rise and large-scale building projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while gaining exposure to major façade and building envelope projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage progress claims, payment applications, and variation orders.
- Monitor project costs, contract administration, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track progress claims, certifications, and payment status.
- Support material procurement and supplier coordination.
- Attend site meetings and conduct site visits when required.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project-related documentation.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and delivery activities.
- Provide English and Chinese communication support for meetings, documentation, and project correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of project records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
- Experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or commercial management within the construction industry.
- Experience with progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor management, and project cost control.
- Exposure to façade, curtain wall, aluminium, glazing, or high-rise construction projects will be an advantage.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
