Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Kota Tinggi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control and cost management for projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning and cost reporting, and ensuring efficient cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with project budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in water management projects is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
