Responsible for the overall operational and functional aspects for Tendering and all Pre and Post Contract.
Prepare tender submission and Bill of Quantity.
Review all construction drawings and specifications to ensure it matches the tender price.
Review all tender documents, identify any risk/shortcoming within the tender documents, provide solution to overcome the risk/shortcoming for the tender.
Ensure all the tender documents, BQ, contract documents and quotation are in place.
Monitoring cost and budget control for respective projects and ensure it being reported on time.
Verify all the additional and variation order and site visit.
Ensure proper submission of monthly progress claims from all projects and follow up projects in close cooperation with Project Team.
Handle procurement, sourcing, negotiating, evaluate and Identify cost savings to meet goals
With Knowledge and Working Experience in Interior Construction materials.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent relevant qualification
3 years of relevant experience in the interior design and build industry.
Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
Ability to interact effectively with all team members.
