Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Executive

Responsibilities:

• Initiate/lead quotation requests.
• Negotiation of price with supplier.
• Prepare the BQ and pricing.
• Measurement (back up).
• Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part.
• Attend project meeting.
• Site work evaluation.
• CO/VO/LOC preparation.
• Progress payment to client.
• Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.
• Final Account with client.
• Final Post show.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Comply to department SOP and company Integrated Management System (ISO9001 / ISO37001 / ISO45001 / ISO14001 / ISO14001).

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Min two (2) years of experience in Interior Design field.
• Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.
• Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
