*Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and cost estimates
*Handle tendering and procurement processes
*Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors
*Prepare progress claims, VO, and final accounts
*Monitor project budgets and cost control
*Conduct site measurements and valuation works
*Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams
#Ensure proper contract administration and documentation
