Key Responsibilities

• Perform measurement, valuation, and certification support of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works in accordance with the Contract requirements and FIDIC principles.
• Review contractor progress claims, payment applications, variations, and supporting documentation for CSA works.
• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the administration of the Contract, including assessment of variations, claims, extension of time impacts, and final accounts.
• Verify quantities, completed works, and materials on site to support accurate valuation and certification of payments.
• Maintain quantity records, variation registers, and commercial documentation for CSA works.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial reports, cost forecasts, payment recommendations, and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, planning, and commercial teams to ensure timely resolution of commercial and contractual issues.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years experience in quantity surveying, including civil, structural, and architectural valuation.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC contract administration, including quantity measurement, valuation, variations, progress payments, claims support, and final account preparation.
• Experience on industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
• BQSM-registration and PMC/Owner's Engineer experience will be added advantages.
• Membership of MRISM, RICS, or equivalent professional institution will be an added advantage.
• Malaysian candidate preferred.
