We are currently seeking qualified Malaysian to fill immediate vacancies.
Candidates must be Malaysian, possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with experience from an ID firm / Fit -Out is a MUST.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying is preferred.
- Assist in the preparation of quotation cost breakdown, taking off quantity, cost estimate and budget for projects
- Assist tender/contract review and prepare tender and contract documents, negotiation with contractors, contract administration and drafting contractual correspondences.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorize.
- Assist in site evaluation and site visit as and when required.
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
