Job description:
Job Summary
- Assist in all Quantity Surveying functions.
- Assist in Pre and Post Contract Budget Control.
Key Responsibilities
- Review BOM (Bill of Materials) from All Plan & ERPbos.
- Prepare enquiries for material, labour and plant quotations.
- Establishment of cost estimate and rate built-up.
- Assist in budgetary control implementation.
- Collection and submission of tender document, compilation of tender document.
- Prepare monthly progressive valuation and certification.
- To ensure all filing and documentation are in compliance with the Department operation and ISO procedure.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Construction Management
Skills & Abilities
- General computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Construction Software
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- Fresh graduate / 2 4 years related work experience
