Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Cyberjaya. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks that include cost planning, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, cost reporting, and managing various aspects of cost management for construction projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure effective budgeting and resource management throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong skills in Cost Management and budget planning for construction projects
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in financial estimations
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Familiarity with industry standards and project management tools is an advantage
