Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  

• Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  

• Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills.
  

• Able to take-off manually & using softwares (Glodon, etc.)
  

• Able to works systematically and meet stipulated deadline.
  

• Able to work under pressure and extra hours.
  

• Independent, mature with pleasant personality, multi-tasking and fast learner.
  

• Must possess own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (as
  
  required)
  

• Full-time position.
  

• Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Responsibilities

• Prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
  

• Taking-off for quantities
  

• Estimation and Pricing of works
  

• Prepare Tender Document and Tender Calling
  

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants
  

• Attend Client Consultant Meeting(s)
  

• Prepare Interim Claims, verification of VO
  

• Prepare Final account
  

• Other duties as assigned by superior and manager

  Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
