Role Description

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time based in Skudai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost control, managing budgets, and engaging in cost planning and reporting. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient resource allocation throughout various stages of project development and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Cost Control and cost Management
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience with Cost Planning and Cost Reporting methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in relevant Quantity Surveying software and tools
• Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
