Currently our office is located at Damansara Utama. Expected to move to Glenmarie, Shah Alam in 2nd Quarter of Year 2026.

Job Description:

  • Responsible and assist site contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement / valuation order, and claims.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities in all contractual related issues.
  • Coordinate, organize, control, and verify payment and claims to sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractors, and consultants in a timely manner.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Prepare contracts document, project budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
  • Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production.
  • To check material requisition and ensure that materials are accurate and within the project budget.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis, and related duties as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in large building / civil projects.
  • Possess high integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese speaking candidates is an added advantage due to nature of business requirements.
