Job Description:
- Responsible and assist site contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement / valuation order, and claims.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities in all contractual related issues.
- Coordinate, organize, control, and verify payment and claims to sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractors, and consultants in a timely manner.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Prepare contracts document, project budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production.
- To check material requisition and ensure that materials are accurate and within the project budget.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis, and related duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Management or its equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in large building / civil projects.
- Possess high integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese speaking candidates is an added advantage due to nature of business requirements.
