Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in the Kuala Langat District. The Quantity Surveyor will handle tasks such as preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), managing cost estimates, analyzing and reporting on project costs, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, maintaining cost control measures, and providing comprehensive cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing BOQ
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting and providing financial insights for project planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications or memberships in professional organizations are an advantage
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools is preferred
