Jobresponsibilities

Job description:

  • Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the tender drawing.
  • Call and prepare subcontractors quotation.
  • Prepare labour and material budgets for new project.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and project final account.
  • Prepare for sub-contractor certificate of payment
  • Estimate and prepare of quotation of VOs.
  • Perform any other contract duties assigned by superior

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Confident with written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
