Quantity Surveyor (Office Fit-Out)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quantity Surveyor specializing in office fit-out projects, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost-related aspects of projects, including the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, cost planning, and cost reporting. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing cash flows, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout project implementation. Collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and clients will also play a key role in this role.

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency across projects.
• Strong experience in preparation and management of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting.
• Ability to analyze project specifications and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and resource constraints.
• Familiarity with office fit-out projects and understanding interior solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
