Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Johor Baharu. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing, managing, and reporting on project budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning and control, and ensuring that projects are completed within their projected budgets. The role also involves assessing the financial viability of projects and preparing detailed progress reports.

• Skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
• Expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
