Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing cost estimation, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and ensuring effective cost control. The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to project negotiations, manage budgets, and ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge of construction contracts and standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
