We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Planner (QS) to support project delivery from April to December 2026. The role will involve cost planning, tender management, and client coordination, ensuring the project is delivered within budget and aligned with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the secondary liaison with the client, supporting communication and coordination
- Review design documentation to ensure completeness and cost alignment
- Prepare and propose LVV (Low Voltage Vendor) tender lists for OCI review and approval
- Develop and prepare LVV tender documentation
- Review and evaluate LVV tender submissions
- Prepare tender evaluation reports and recommendations
- Develop and manage the project GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) in alignment with the delivery programme
- Support cost control, reporting, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in cost planning / quantity surveying
- Experience managing tender processes and evaluations
- Strong understanding of construction cost management and procurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite and meet project deadlines
