Job Description

  • Construction industry
  • SS15, Subang Jaya
  • Junior QS Basic Salary RM4000 - RM5000 (Salary commensurate with experience)
  • Senior QS also will be considered (Welcome to apply - Salary negotiable)

Job Scope :

  • Handle pre & post contract management
  • Handle & prepare progress claims, variation orders, final accounts
  • To prepare tender quotation
  • To control project budget
  • To prepare subcontract certificate
  • To liaise with consultants , contractors, authorities

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Quantity Survey.
  • Preferably 1 - 5 years of working experience as QS role.
  • Fresh graduate also welcome to apply
  • Senior Executive also will be considered for Senior Position.
  • Must be willing to work SS15, Subang Jaya
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
