Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Administer contracts including tendering, bidding evaluations, and documentation.
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely award of subcontracts.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and certify contractors claims, variations, progress payments, and final accounts.
  • Provide accurate cost reporting and advise project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC and EPCC/Design & Build contract requirements.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to optimize project costs.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual and cost-related issues.
  • Support project managers in ensuring projects are delivered within cost, time, and quality targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • At least 5 years direct involvement in EPCC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and EPCC/Design & Build contracts.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
