Position Title: Quote Specialist
Location: Georgetown
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage supplier quotations/pricings, product information support, and RFQ from internal customers.
- Handle supplier quotation/pricing processes and first level negotiations.
- Margin enhancement and new business acquisition via quotation activities.
- Support to other associated Marketing business functions.
- Working for ASEAN (mainly) as well as APAC regions
- You will gain the influences from the internal associate and team members, external associate members and other Arrow functions to perform the duties
- Decision making and judgment are based on practice, precedence, and evaluating options under circumstances that are not covered by procedures.
- Self-management of own workload expected.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any fields.
- Experience in quotes in electronic industry
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft office software's, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Process driven, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
