R&D Software Engineer (CS Background)

Keysight Calibration Engineering is responsible for developing calibration software and providing software support for worldwide customer service centers. We encourage innovation and leveraging new technology to differentiate from competitors.

We are seeking a motivated R&D software engineer to join our Engineering team to develop software for Keysight global service centers, refresh our legacy calibration software to meet standard body or customer's requirements, collaborate with worldwide service centers for better customer service experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong software development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design / develop software tools used by service centers.
• Communicate with internal customers for project requirement and software deployment.
• Integrate developed software tools with Keysight related information systems.
• Develop required support document for our software applications.
• On-going maintenance & support of calibration applications.
• Provide global technical support to keep service delivery smoothly.

Qualification:

• BS or MS in Computer Science with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Excellent modern programming skills, knowledge, such as C++, C#, DotNET.
• Excellent object-oriented design skills and abstraction thinking capability.
• Familiar with modern and advanced software development methodologies.
• Very strong communication skills in written and oral English.
• Ability to work with remote teams & management/leadership
• Software architecture design knowledge is highly desired.
