Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companyâs services.
To exceed customerâs expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
Assist on solving common technical problems.
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
Job Requirements
Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Read, Speak, Type)
Have no issue to work on 7am â 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
Willing to work on weekend and public holiday based on shift arrangement
Able to start working on 4 September / 11 September
Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
Job Benefits
Monthly Salary: RM2,000 Basic Salary + Night Shift allowance up to RM400 + KPI allowance up to RM500
