Job Description
- Teach children using YELAOSHR's structured Reading Programme and teaching method
- Guide students to improve their reading, language skills and learning confidence
- Prepare and conduct fun, engaging classroom activities
- Observe and record students learning progress
- Communicate students progress to parents in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive, safe and encouraging learning environment
- Support centre activities, student events and enrolment programmes when required
- Work closely with the Teacher Team Leader and Centre Manager
- Attend company training, coaching and professional development programmes
- Continuously learn YELAOSHR's teaching methods, classroom management and parent communication skills
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities as you progress in your career
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
- No teaching experience required
- No teaching diploma required — full training will be provided
- Able to communicate well in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage, but not compulsory
- Enjoy working with children and helping them learn
- Patient, positive, energetic and responsible
- Willing to learn YELAOSHR's teaching methods and attend training
- Comfortable working in a team and communicating with parents
- Open to coaching, continuous learning and professional development
- Able to commit to the required working hours
- Interested in building a long-term career in education and leadership
