Role Description This full-time, on-site Industrial Real Estate Agent role is based in Petaling Jaya. The Industrial Real Estate Agent will focus on sourcing, listing, and marketing industrial properties such as factories, warehouses, and logistics facilities, while building and maintaining relationships with owners, investors, and corporate clients. Daily activities include conducting market research, arranging and attending site visits, preparing property proposals, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to build long-term client relationships and provide responsive, solution-oriented support.
• Relevant experience in industrial or commercial real estate, particularly in factories, warehouses, or logistics properties, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present properties and market insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with good networking, lead-generation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license and personal transport for client meetings and property viewings.
