Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Shah Alam with the flexibility to work from home for specific tasks. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing market insights, and facilitating property transactions. Additional duties include developing relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate practices and a strong understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience in Sales, including negotiations and building business relationships
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in multiple languages and familiarity with the Shah Alam market are advantageous
