Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya for a Real Estate Agent at Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. The Real Estate Agent will handle property sales and leasing, build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate, and staying informed about property market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience or understanding of Real Property concepts and transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with the Klang Valley area and its real estate market is advantageous
