Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing property consultation, managing property listings and sales, building client relationships, and conducting market research to offer tailored real estate solutions. Additional duties include facilitating property negotiations, guiding clients through the sales process, and participating in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and knowledge of the local property market
• Experience in Sales and Negotiation with a client-focused approach
• Commitment to ongoing Training and professional development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and marketing tools to drive results
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
