Company Description

Omni Education is a Malaysia-based international student agency that supports Arabic-speaking students throughout their education journey in Malaysia from admissions and visas to accommodation and ongoing support. We also operate Omni Malaysia, our bilingual media platform that produces engaging content about travel, culture, and student life across social media and digital platforms.

Together, we combine student services and creative media to help international students feel at home in Malaysia.

Position: Admin (with Basic Social Media Support)

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Admin to join our growing team. This role also includes basic support for social media and content coordination.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Internship seekers are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work on-site in Cyberjaya
  • Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Interest in social media is a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks
  • Manage documents, files, and records
  • Support team coordination and scheduling
  • Assist with simple social media posting and updates
  • Help with basic content organization and replies (when needed)
