Job Summary
We are looking for an Offline Receptionist (Mandarin Speaker) to manage reception-related administrative tasks without face-to-face customer interaction. This role focuses on backend coordination, internal communication, and basic receptionist duties, primarily supporting Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle internal calls, messages, and coordination in Mandarin
- Manage reception desk operations without walk-in or face-to-face support
- Monitor and respond to internal emails or messages
- Assist with appointment scheduling and internal coordination
- Maintain records, logs, and basic administrative documentation
- Support office operations and liaise with internal departments
- Ensure smooth day-to-day receptionist and front desk processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in receptionist, admin, or office support roles is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with basic office systems and tools
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on-site at GTower, Kuala Lumpur
