Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist (Mandarin Speaking) to manage front-line communication and provide excellent remote support to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is well-organized, polite, and fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and internal teams
- Manage virtual front desk duties including call routing, message taking, and appointment scheduling
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate when necessary
- Maintain proper records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
- Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking and time management abilities
- Comfortable using communication tools, CRM systems, and basic office software
