Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist (Mandarin Speaking) to manage front-line communication and provide excellent remote support to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is well-organized, polite, and fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and internal teams
  • Manage virtual front desk duties including call routing, message taking, and appointment scheduling
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good multitasking and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using communication tools, CRM systems, and basic office software
  • Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
