Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Agent located in Subang Jaya. The Recovery Agent will primarily be responsible for managing overdue accounts and collecting outstanding debts in a professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include contacting clients to negotiate payment terms, maintaining accurate records of communications and payments, analyzing accounts for potential risk, and working collaboratively with other departments to resolve disputes or issues. Providing excellent customer service during interactions is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Debt Collection and Finance knowledge to handle overdue accounts and resolve payment issues effectively.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess account information and identify potential risks or patterns.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and negotiate repayment terms with sensitivity and care.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
