Recovery Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Officer based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, facilitating positive customer interactions to negotiate and settle overdue payments, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely recovery processes. The role involves monitoring payment arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to support clients in achieving financial resolutions.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience in Debt Collection processes and negotiation techniques
• Sound knowledge of Finance and related principles
• Analytical Skills to assess and improve the debt recovery process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in debt collection or financial recovery roles is an advantage
