RECOVERY OFFICER

• Reach out to clients to gather or remind them about overdue payments.
• Initiate calls to inform customers of any unpaid balances.
• Use persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration with clients to establish feasible repayment plans.
• Consistently follow up on commitments made by customers regarding payments.
• Achieve personal and team targets to be eligible for the Incentive Program.
• Offer explanations and resolve concerns related to payment issues or other product-related services.
