Job Description
- Reach out to clients to gather or remind them about overdue payments.
- Initiate calls to inform customers of any unpaid balances.
- Use persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration with clients to establish feasible repayment plans.
- Consistently follow up on commitments made by customers regarding payments.
- Achieve personal and team targets to be eligible for the Incentive Program.
- Offer explanations and resolve concerns related to payment issues or other product-related services.
